The argument is that three to four cups of coffee daily are OK and harmless. It’s considered safe, and if you don’t have one too late in the evening, it shouldn’t interrupt your beauty sleep. Some people prefer a cup of tea in the evening; however, many are unaware that some tea varieties have higher caffeine levels than a simple cup of ground coffee.
Listen to Your Body
If you have trouble falling asleep at night or feel your heart beating faster than usual, you might be consuming too much coffee. Caffeine is a great wake-up beverage; however, it can also be very addictive. Our body is a temple of our soul; treat it respectfully, and for God’s sake, listen to what it tells you!

We all know that feeling that hits you in the morning when you are craving hot coffee and cannot speak, let alone do something before you have had that first sip. Your mood in the morning has a lot to do with the quality of your sleep. Try not to consume coffee too late at night (and this refers to all kinds of coffee, espresso, and ground grains alike). Let your body drift off to sleep peacefully, which might change the way you wake up in the morning.
Coffee and Water Intake
The rule is easy to follow. For every cup of coffee you consume, you must drink five glasses of water. So, if you have three cups of coffee a day, you will have to have 15 glasses of water to balance things out. Caffeine has great qualities. However, it has diuretic properties, meaning you visit the bathroom more than you are supposed to. Maintain hydration, and feel free to have another cup!
