Jason Alexander (George Costanza)
The relationship between Jerry Seinfeld and Geroge Costanza lies at the show’s heart. Their relationship on set and the incompatible chemistry brought some of the show’s most iconic moments. Some of Seinfled’s best punch lines and repeated phrases are thanks to Geroge’s loveable (or not so) character.
Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Elaine Benes)
The question of whether Jerry and Elaine were ever together is a big question still asked today. Elaine and Jerry can make each other laugh without too much effort, and Elaine’s occasional weird behavior puts Jerry in the limelight. We don’t recall seeing Jerry and Elaine having an intimate relationship. However, no matter who Jerry was dating, no one had a chance when Elaine was around.

Michael Richards (Cosmo Kramer)
When Michael Richards joined the cast as Cosmo Kramer, the ranking of the stars was shuffled. It was now not only about Jerry Seinfeld; Kramer’s storyline (always ridiculously hilarious) became center stage. The relationship between Seinfeld and Kramer was always a sibling kind of relationship, with Seinfeld being the mature and older brother. Kramer’s character made Seinfeld funnier and was considered the icing on the cake.
Larry David (Co-Creator)
Larry David is not a cast member and does not play any character. However, he is the inspiration behind almost every script written. The relationship between David and Seinfeld is an unbreakable one and one of the reasons it became so successful. The concept of A Show About Nothing was their mutual idea and brought together Seinfeld’s humor and David’s unique ways.

Behind-the-Scenes
When the lights shut down and the filming was done for the day, Seinfeld and his stars preserved a precious friendship. Their friendship was authentic and contributed to their performance on stage. The Seinfeld gang would spend quality time together, eating out in restaurants (not the one on the show) and, in an unplanned way, creating new ideas for new episodes.
Seinfeld
Very few shows are considered more than a show, and the Seinfeld show is all about real life. It embraces situations and highlights that humor can be found at any time in life. The show is timeless, as are the relationships on screen and off. The magic moments of laughter the Seinfeld gang gives us will never die, and so do the bonds Jerry, George, Elaine, and Kramer have sewn together.
