Always Check the Footnotes
While footnotes in most books (or academic researchers, for that matter) are just a thing at the bottom of the text that clutters the page you are trying to read, you’d be wise to not ignore Pratchett’s. While reading one of Terry Pratchett’s books, we would strongly recommend that you don’t skip them. Pratchett’s footnotes are characteristically humorous and provide extra context, witty remarks, or otherwise fun content to add to the story you’re enjoying.
While Pratchett has been deceased for several years now his memory lives on in our libraries in pop culture and in our hearts.
