The Parisian Louvre
The Louvre is one of Paris’s most recognised landmarks. It is home to some of the most famous art pieces, including the Mons Lisa and Venus de Milo. The Louvre in Paris offers free online tours of some of its most important exhibits. Some of the most popular virtual exhibits are Michelangelo’s works and the Egyptian Antiquities section, which, as far as we are concerned, must be visited at least once in life. Visitors can also take a 360-degree tour of the museum, so you can be assured that you won’t miss a thing ( at least not online).
New York’s Guggenheim
The New York Guggenheim is located on Fith Avenue, in the heart of the Big Apple. It displays remarkable collections of contemporary, impressionist, and modern art and is constantly updated. The designer Frank Lloyd Wright designed the iconic Guggenheim building in 1939 as the non-objective painting museum. He aimed to bring something fresh and unique. Some of the museum’s exhibits are available online for those intrigued but unable to visit in person. The collections include works from Pablo Picasso, Jeff Koons, Franz Marc, and Piet Mondrian, making it one of the mandatory places to visit when in New York, physically or only online.

It is located in Figueres, where Salvador Dalí himself lived for several years throughout his life. More than 1,300,000 people visited the museum in 2016, making it one of the most sought-after places in Catalonia. If you happen to visit the museum online, you can take virtual tours of the grounds and a few exhibits. The museum houses the artist’s burial grounds and exhibits representing ground-breaking eras in his life and career.
The British Museum
The British Museum in London is home to an outstanding collection of over eight million art pieces. To this day, it is considered the most significant collection in the world, dedicated to human history, culture, and art. The museum has partnered with Google Cultural Institute to offer immersive virtual tours using Google’s Street View technology and, in recent years, has become one of art lovers’ favorite online landmarks.
