Ever since witnessing our previous article about celebrities who don’t seem to age, we have seen a lot of your explanations as to how they maintain their youthful appearance. Some explanations were reasonable like good genetics and access to the best wellness and beauty practices.
Others ventured into obscure theories about vampires and time travel. And while we can’t fully sign off on any particular explanation, we do have some more examples of seemingly ageless Hollywood stars to help you make your own decision. Feast your eyes on even more of the celebrities out there who just don’t do aging. It just isn’t part of their daily routine.
Tom Cruise - Born July 3rd, 1962
According to “Men’s Health” magazine, Tom Cruise looks like a man half his age by staying fit. Not just staying fit, but also employing a blend of cardio and strength training. They asked Cruise how he stays so young looking, and he responded, “Sea-kayaking, caving, … fencing, treadmill, weights, … rock-climbing, … I jog… I do so many activities.”
The actor who shot to A-lister status with “Risky Business,” sliding into the room with those indelible dance moves to Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock & Roll,” is one of the highest-grossing actors in the world, and you don't believe how old he is.
Lucy Liu - Born December 2nd, 1968
The Ally McBeal star is in her 6th decade. It’s hard to believe. Lucy Liu, who also starred in Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill: Volume 1,” lets us in on some of her tips. Eat well, meditate, hydrate, and have a skincare routine.
She told “New York Magazine” that she likes a Yu-Be Moisturizing Skin Cream. She says it was developed by a Japanese pharmacist and it’s her go-to moisturizer to keep her skin feeling hydrated. Also, for moisturizing, she likes Aquaphor and says it is great for any moisturizing needs from chapped lips to a baby’s bottom for diaper care.
Jay Z - Born December 4th, 1969
Jay-Z is a billion-dollar business mogul. It’s not like he’s merely launched a signature fragrance, he’s invested across the board. He owns clothing brands, high-end champagne and cognac labels, a $70 million art collection, a stake in Uber, real estate, ownership in other companies, just to name a few of his investments.
And you thought he just made music? One of his latest ventures is a line featuring CBD and THC wellness topicals and oils. According to marketing exec Jameel Spencer, Jay-Z is a facial guy. He even talked Spencer into getting one. Now we know how the hip-hop guru stays youthful.
Drew Barrymore - Born February 22nd, 1975
Drew Barrymore is remembered for her adorable role as a child actor. Who could resist her sweetness in "E.T." where she starred as Gertie in 1982? Her playful demeanor and elfish ways charmed everyone. And today, she still looks as cute as ever.
She hosts her own talk show now and has been a CoverGirl spokesperson since 2007. So, she has a lot of beauty tips on her Instagram. One of her favorite skincare products is the Drunk Elephant facial mask. Furthermore, she swears by toning her face daily, and loves to keep her body moisturized with Olay’s Hyaluronic Acid Body lotion.
Ringo Starr - Born July 7th, 1940
Ringo Starr is the star of many Beatles jokes, but now that he is much closer to 100 than 64, and looks smashing as ever, people just want to know how he does it. First of all, he stopped drinking in the ‘80s, around the time that he was in his 40s.
He said his secret is taking care of himself, “I am vegetarian, I have broccoli with everything and blueberries every morning.” And he hits the gym three to six days a week. When he turned 80, he says it was a bit of a shock and added that he feels 24 in his heart.
Sigourney Weaver - Born October 8th, 1949
Can you believe Sigourney Weaver has already celebrated her 70th birthday? We can’t! The Hollywood star has been carrying her 5'10 frame since 1971 and still dazzles us all on both the big and small screen. She has claimed that her vegan diet is definitely one of the main factors that has kept her feeling and looking young.
Her youthful spirit was perhaps best demonstrated when she guest-starred as herself in the French Netflix show "Call My Agent" — her episode included her being cast to play a woman having an affair with a man much younger than herself and featured her hanging out with a group of thirty-somethings as well as performing an impressive number of lindy hop!
Usher - Born October 14th, 1978
Grammy-winning musical artist Usher has not shown a single sign of aging. He joined “The Voice” when he was 34, but today he looks even younger than when he started out his singing career. He started getting in shape to play Sugar Ray Leonard in “Hands of Stone.”
The star shared in an interview with Vogue that taking care of yourself is needed in order to take care of others. Working out and cutting carbs, he said, transformed his body and he found he liked feeling healthier. With the way he looks (and feels), he is sure he has done something right.
Gillian Anderson - Born August 9th, 1968
“X-Files” legend Gillian Anderson's portrayal of Dana Scully yet inspires viewers who want to believe. For a woman who has passed her 50th, she’s looking great, but she doesn’t seem to put much effort into aging gracefully. When she does get the chance, she likes to make sure that her skin is moisturized and prefers to pay attention to overall wellness.
In a Q&A with “InStyle” she said, “I’m horrible at taking care of my skin", but she also talked about doing yoga. Then she laughed, saying “The next thing to do is to not just talk about doing yoga but to actually do yoga.”
Bruce Springsteen - Born September 23rd, 1949
“The Boss” is past his 70th birthday now, but he’s a spitting image of his early self. Bruce Springsteen is a legend in rock and roll and people can’t believe he keeps looking so great. “Closer Weekly” decided to ask around to see if the “Born in the U.S.A.” singer has resorted to any cosmetic surgery throughout his life.
Interviewing two plastic surgeons, the verdict came back, ‘nope.’ Both agreed there were no signs of cosmetic surgery. No botox, no fillers — no treatments that they could see. It seems like Springsteen is far above making alterations under the knife and rather likes to keep things au natural.
Elizabeth Hurley - Born June 10th, 1965
The British star Elizabeth Hurley portrayed secret agent Vanessa Kensington, in the cult classic Austin Power’s professed love. The International Man of Mystery made the English actress famous, and gave her the stardom status she carries today. It’s hard to believe the sexpot is as old as she is.
She stays in shape and likes to keep active and thinks that's what keeps her youthful. “I think it’s all part and parcel of taking care of oneself and really valuing one’s health. Wanting to stay fit and wanting not to age through lack of movement,” she said to “Us Weekly.”
Jared Leto - Born December 26th, 1971
Jared Leto credits taking care of himself for staying young and carrying the youthful glow that he parades around. He says he’s been eating vegan or vegetarian since the ‘90s and gets enough sleep. It’s difficult to think she he is already part of the 50s club but here we are! As he has passed his 50th birthday, the evergreen actor thanked his Twitter fans and Instagram followers for their birthday wishes with a topless photo.
The “Dallas Buyers Club” Oscar-winner pictured himself with a slice of cake and fake blood dripping from his mouth. Aha! A vampire. At long last, we know the secret to his immortally youthful looks.
Kate Winslet - Born October 5th, 1975
English actress Kate Winslet captured the hearts of the world as “Titanic’s” beautiful and elegant Rose. That film came out in 1997. Decades later, the Oscar winner looks as stunning as ever. She gave some of her beauty secret tips to L’Oréal’s beauty magazine.
She says she washes her face in the mornings with cold water and a washcloth. She adds SPF if it’s sunny and a little concealer. At night she cleanses and then moisturizes and adds L’Oréal’s Midnight Serum. Few people will follow her lead with this tip: cold water swimming. She says it’s great for skin and circulation.
Brad Pitt - Born December 18th, 1963
This famously good-looking actor has been making movies since the ‘90s. He made his mark in “Thelma & Louise” delivering a sexy male role and went on to be a two-time Oscar-winning actor. Today, many decades later and after a long list of accolades, he remains super handsome.
“GQ” magazine looked into it to see if he used cosmetic surgery. Consulting a U.K. dermatologist at Harrods Wellness Clinic, they found that Pitt has great genes, takes care of his skin, and is lucky. The doctor found no evidence of any fillers, laser treatments, or surgeries. He is as naturally beautiful as ever.
Sharon Stone - Born March 10th, 1958
Sharon Stone was a fashion model before hitting international fame as a sexy temptress in “Basic Instinct.” But Stone revealed somewhat recently that she struggled to accept her figure. She said in one interview, that there was a point in her forties when she went into the bathroom with a bottle of wine, locked the door, and said, that she wouldn't get out until she could fully accept her body.
Now that she is in her sixties, those struggles are behind her. She’s very content with her body. As for her youthful complexion, she began using filler after a 2011 stroke.
Ewan McGregor - Born March 31st, 1971
Scottish actor Ewan McGregor wins a lot of American acting awards. But he’s also been honored in the U.K. with an OBE and the Britannia Humanitarian Award BAFTA for all his work towards and with UNICEF. He’s known for portraying Obi-Wan Kenobi in the “Star Wars” prequels.
To stay in shape, McGregor prefers outdoor exercise to the gym. Usually, he runs five to eight miles, bikes, hikes, or snow skis. He eats nutritiously. The actor stopped drinking in 2000, which helps preserve his youthful demeanor. He is way past his 50th year around the sun, but thanks to great skin, you would never know.
Julianne Moore - Born December 3rd, 1960
Julianne Moore has decades in show business, but it doesn’t show. Never mind the fact she is already well into her 60s. She thinks that age is a state of mind and wishes Hollywood would be kinder to women over 30. As for her, the Oscar-winning actress is much more than 30 and aging gracefully. But she questions the term.
“There’s so much judgment in the term ‘aging gracefully.’ Is there an ungraceful way to age?” Moore asks rhetorically. She added that no one has an option about aging, so it’s not a positive or a negative thing. And we couldn’t agree more with the star.
Kanye West - Born June 8th, 1977
Kanye West stays young by staying cool. Last year he officially changed his name to “Ye.” (First Facebook goes Meta, and now this.) This keeps him young because it's a sort of adolescent thing to do. The rapper who is worth about a billion bucks likes the name Ye because it means “you” and it is the most common word in the Bible. (That's what he said on a radio show anyway.)
Plus, he pulls in a younger audience. And he’s making cool clothes for the kids with his upcoming clothing line collaboration, “Yeezy Gap.” Staying young comes from within. Haven't we heard that before?
Candy Lo - Born October 18th, 1974
Miss Asia pageant winner from 1991 and former Chinese model from Hong Kong, Candy Lo is age-defying. She was 17 when she won the pageant and does seem to have aged much over the years. It’s tough to think that this star has already aged well into her 40s.
She quit modeling to raise her three sons, but she took a break from domestic life to publish “Timeless,” a picture book with many beautiful photos of this seemingly ageless woman. She was 45 when she published the book, and it is heartwarming to know that charities benefit from some of the proceeds.
Elijah Wood - Born January 28th, 1981
People freak out over Elijah Wood’s boyish looks. And it’s no shocker here since he looks the same after all these years in the spotlight. Once, Conan O’Brien had him on the show and demanded to know his secret. He found out the actor, who is forever engrained in his imagination as Frodo, was much older than he thought.
Wood explained that he has always looked young, but he did not have an answer to why he never ages. He said it’s probably genetic. It must be those big blue eyes that make it seem like aging does not apply to him.
Salma Hayek - Born September 2nd, 1966
The “Frida” actress has been criticized for using cosmetic surgery, though she says she hasn’t. And on her Instagram page, she looks timeless. A few years ago, Salma Hayek took to the social media platform to share her anti-aging secrets. The first tip is Vitamin C. It helps skin cells rebuild and regrow.

John Legend is big on skincare, and now the baby-faced crooner has one more beauty secret up his sleeve: a skincare line by A-Brands, products specialized for darker complexion shades. Previously, he was excited about using his wife Chrissy Teigen’s product, the Japanese skincare brand SK-11.
He adored it so much he wrote a song about its key ingredient. As for diet and exercise, he likes to get his blood flowing every day with a walk or a run, and he eats a salad at each meal, even breakfast. It’s usually eggs, salad, and whole-grain toast. We’re not sure how many people would be able to eat salads for every meal of the day, but big ups to Legend!
Cindy Crawford - Born February 20th, 1966
In 1995, Cindy Crawford was the highest-paid model in the world. She is one of four models believed to be the inspiration behind the term “supermodel” so, she’s been around a while. Crawford retired from modeling in 2000 when she was 34 years old, but she still looks absolutely amazing.
She let everyone in on her skincare routine in a 2019 “Vogue” video. The former model starts with a collagen booster serum all over her face. Then some eye cream. Lastly, she applies SPF 30 cream called Meaningful Beauty Day Cream. It’s the base of any makeup routine for her.
Tobey Maguire - Born June 27th, 1975
He played 18-year-old Spider-Man when he was just 27 in 2002 but if you look at Tobey Maguire’s photo today, he looks the same as those years, despite the movie having been filmed 21 years ago. His appearance in “Spider-Man: No Way Home” showed a still young-looking retired Spidey.
He hasn’t said much about how he stays young, but he did talk about making “No Way Home.” He said, “I was just grateful every day. Really, it was such a rich experience.” All three Spidey actors said it was like sharing a brotherhood with rich and emotional memories. Naw, too cute!
Naomi Campbell - Born May 22nd, 1970
British supermodel Naomi Campbell took off as an international sensation at just 15 years old. She started out really young, at 7, she performed for Bob Marley’s “Is This Love” 1978 music video. How does she stay so beautiful? First of all, she was born amazingly pretty, however, she has let some of us in on a couple of secrets.
Talking to “Hola!” magazine, Campbell credits her mother for teaching her to moisturize her skin. In a “Vogue” video, Campbell shares her skincare routine. She says she uses a micro-needling device that promotes collagen by running small needles over the face.
Hugh Jackman - Born October 12th, 1968
In the year 2000, Marvel Studios chose Hugh Jackman to play Wolverine, the most memorable X-Man in the Marvel Studio Films. More than a couple of decades have passed since but you won't see a smidge of that time looking at Jackman.
His intense workout to gain the superhero physique includes a daily session that usually lasts an hour or more. This Australian native was named People Magazine's sexiest man alive in 2008, and it looks like the title still holds true even after all these years in the biz. We’d like to think that he has some great genes on his side too, since he doesn’t look a day older than 50.
Busy Philipps - Born June 25th, 1979
“Freaks and Geeks” star Busy Philipps keeps fit by working out in the morning each day. She told “Well + Good” that her main motivation is keeping herself grounded in this stressful day and age. She feels that sweating every single day is important and "It makes me feel like a human being.
I’m able to be a better parent and a better friend, and it calms me down." With “Shape” magazine, Philipps shared that she is into the LEKFit, a mini trampoline workout. She said it’s really fun and she’s only fallen off once and that it’s just young dumb fun.
Ralph Macchio - Born November 4th, 1961
He’s the Karate Kid. Is that why Ralph Macchio looks young? He told “People” magazine, “A healthy lifestyle doesn’t hurt but I think I’ve just gotten lucky in the genes department.” He pointed out his parents look young for their age and added that he too has youthful energy for some reason.”
As an actor, his young looks enabled him to play significantly younger roles. At 26, making “Karate Kid Part III,” his love interest was only 15. Production had to change the script to make it seem more platonic, otherwise, there may have been a lot of backlash with an 11-year age gap.
Susan Sarandon - Born October 4th, 1946
The film icon who brought us classic films like “Thelma & Louise” is older than you may think. “People” magazine asked her how in the heck she looks so great, and she shared some of her tips. She said, don’t smoke, laugh a lot, exercise normally, eat well, and stay out of the sun if you want to age gracefully.
Then she divulged this, “Having an amazing makeup hair team, that’s really the secret.” Boxing is a newer fitness sport for hers. She also said that living in New York is good because she walks or rides her bike everywhere around the city.
Justin Ji Sung - Born February 27th, 1977
Whether it’s K-Pop or South Korean cinema, Americans are increasingly drawn to Korean celebrities. One of these stars that Hollywood can’t get enough of is Ji Sung is an award-winning actor in South Korean television and film. He starred in the medical drama TV series “Doctor John” in 2019.
The TV series “The Devil Judge” is one of his recent works in which he portrayed a judge with elegant taste and an aristocratic appearance. He stared in the courtroom mystery drama, however, the point is, he looks the same now as he did when he first started acting in 2003.
Gabrielle Union - Born October 29th, 1972
When Gabrielle Union was 44, she told “Women’s Health” magazine that she doesn’t like needles and had not resorted to botox, but she would not rule it out in the future. Her youthful visage is the work of genetics and healthy habits and said her skin is oily and glows naturally, as you can see in this picture.
She also said she keeps hydrated and doesn’t smoke. Her best advice to combat aging is saying “no.” Sleep and stress mitigation is important, so she turns down stressful commitments. “A lot of people call it selfish,” she intoned, “but I don’t have any wrinkles.”
Ashton Kutcher - Born February 7th, 1978
Ashton Kutcher is more specific about his and his wife Mila Kunis’ chill personal hygiene lifestyle. Kutcher says he will “throw some water” on his face after a workout, but he told “People” magazine, “I wash my armpits and crotch daily, and nothing else ever.” We love your honesty Ashton!
While Kunis chimes it to say, “I do wash my face twice a day”, they don’t bathe their kids unless they see dirt. The couple thinks that natural oils are beneficial for the skin. Seems to be working, Kutcher looks great too, and still maintains his baby face after all these years.
Eva Mendes - Born March 5th, 1974
Responding to an Instagram comment asking for tips on Eva Mendes’ beautiful skin, the “2 Fast 2 Furious” actress said she starts “from inside out.” Her “number one” rule is water. She takes fish oil daily and beyond that, she sees aesthetician Dr. Mariana Vergara for treatments and tagged her at @marianalvergara.
Mendes also swears by coconut oil. She uses it on her hair, body, hands, and face as a moisturizer. Hubby Ryan Gosling, who is six years younger than her, helps keep Mendes youthful, according to her. He is a very supportive husband who loves to gush over her mom attributes.
Keanu Reeves - Born September 2nd, 1964
This movie legend from the ‘80s never changes. Keanu Reeves has donned the same youthful grin that he charmed us with in “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” as he does in “The Matrix” and as John Wick. There’s a whole vampire meme tracking Keanu’s apparent immortality. It’s no surprise since he still looks pretty much the same all these years despite almost being part of the 60s club.
The truth is, the actor eats well and exercises often. Some of his roles have required intense workouts and training. Reeves’ diet is not strict but consistently nutritious. He prefers several small healthy meals which keep him from snacking. We can’t deny that the star has probably been blessed with great genes, as well.
Sandra Bullock - Born July 26th, 1964
This award-winning actress does not look her age at all. She was the highest-paid actress in both 2010 and 2014, but she doesn’t spend a lot on her appearances, it seems. Rather, she likes to keep things simple. She talked to “InStyle” magazine and told readers all she uses is a face cloth and Artistry cream.
Once a week, she exfoliates says she stays in shape with exercises like Pilates, weight training, biking, and kickboxing. She revealed a surprising skincare tip in 2010 during the “Miss Congeniality 2” release and learned that hemorrhoid ointment around the eyes helps to hide lines.
Edward Norton - Born August 18th, 1969
When Edward Norton turned 50, he could not relate to the notion of being in his 50s. He remembers his parents seeming much older at 50, but for him, he doesn’t feel it. At 30, he remembers Bruce Springsteen turning 50 and struggling to process it. Sitting down with Sam Jones’ “The Off Camera Show,” Norton explained that he doesn’t feel his age.
He said he talked to Springsteen when the singer turned 70, which meant the “Fight Club” actor turned much older. He said, “I can’t relate to the number.” At the number he has reached today, he doesn’t look or feel his age at all.
Beyoncé - Born September 4th, 1981
Believe it or not, Beyoncé, the Queen is in her 40s. Yup, you heard that right. Indeed, the child of destiny looks as lovely as ever, however, she does have some skincare secrets and we know a couple of them. The tips come from superstar makeup artist John Barnett who has designed Beyoncé’s signature looks.
He said that the best anti-aging trick he has is to apply eye cream over the entire face, including the lips. Next, he says, slather face cream over the whole body. Beyonce has said steaming, facials, and hydrations are her best tips. Plastic surgery is out for now.
Samuel L. Jackson - Born December 21st, 1948
Samuel L. Jackson was “de-aged” for “Captain Marvel.” De-aging is a meticulous process that visual effects people use to create the illusion an actor is younger than their years. In real life, he has not been artificially de-aged. In one interview, Jackson said he likes his skincare products.
“They have such great skincare products now, they’re amazing!” he said in an “On-Demand Entertainment” YouTube. And then the Nick Fury actor added, with a cryptic gleam in his eye, “If all else fails, call a doctor.” Is this his advice or his go-to? And what is he referring to by ‘call a doctor’?
Reese Witherspoon - Born March 22nd, 1976
Reese Witherspoon spoke to her millions of Instagram followers directly about healthy habits. After reading a book called, “Atomic Habits” Witherspoon was ready to make some changes in her daily routine and recommended everyone do that too. The “Legally Blonde” actress chose small, achievable goals like starting the day with a glass of water and getting to bed by 10.
These are certainly habits that should be easy enough for anyone to follow. For skincare, she is all about Biossance and swears it brightens, hydrates, and firms up the complexion. Yes, she’s a brand ambassador, boasting, “My skin has never felt healthier.”
Ryan Gosling - Born November 12th, 1980
Former Mickey Mouse Clubber Ryan Gosling is younger than his wife Eva Mendes by six years, but we’re still surprised as he looks way younger than he is and his baby-face looks are still intact. However, he earned this not by sitting around all day. Gosling trains to keep himself in shape by doing specific workout routines to portray the varying roles he takes on.
In 2018 he trained to portray Neil Armstrong in “First Man.” Healthy eating is also a priority. Gosling prefers natural foods. Whole grain bread, protein shakes, fresh vegetables, and fruits are in his diet plan.
Julianna Margulies - Born June 8th, 1966
You've seen her as Nurse Carol Hathaway on "E.R." and you've seen her as Alicia Florrick on "The Good Wife", and it doesn't matter those roles were decades apart as looking away from Julianna Margulies just isn't an option. The actress passed the 50th birthday mark and is already approaching 60 in the best way possible.
As she stated in interviews, she prefers embracing her growth rather than turning to surgical means and trying to hide it. Add that mindset to her habits of healthy eating, exercising, and regular skincare, and you've got yourself a true beauty queen. It sounds simple enough!
Angela Bassett - Born August 16th, 1958
Angela Bassett looks amazing. It’s really difficult to think that this star is already in her mid-60s. The award-winning actress, whose stellar career has spanned four decades talked to “Prevention” magazine about her healthy lifestyle. It includes exercise and nutritious eating habits. It is strictly limited to carbs on Mondays and Tuesdays and proteins on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
She says she eats zero fats for four days a week and only uses “good fat,” healthy, unsaturated fats like coconut oil and almond butter. At the gym, she does cardio on protein days, and then Thursday through Sunday “It’s about deep breathing, a massage, yoga.”
Daniel Dae Kim - Born August 4th, 1968
This South Korean actor earned a double bachelor’s degree in theater and political science, and an MFA in acting, before he landed “Jin” on ABC’s “Lost.” That was years ago. He also starred as one of the main guys on the series “Hawaii Five-0” for 10 consecutive seasons. Today Daniel Dae Kim is over 50 and, apparently, too busy standing up against discrimination to age.
Besides advocating for Asian Americans on social media, he has also testified before Congress. Living in the balmy Hawaiian climate throughout his kids’ schooling may have kept his skin aglow. Nothing quite like the island life to keep one feeling and looking youthful!
Gwyneth Paltrow - Born September 27th, 1972
Gwyneth Paltrow is not afraid of aging, and she’s not shy about sharing skincare secrets. She posted some on Instagram! She wrote, “Dealing with aging is a multi-layered experience.” She says she takes care of her skin; she hydrates and stays fit. After that, she breaks out the Xeomin.
In case you didn’t know, Xeomin is in the same compound family as Botox, but some studies have proved it to last slightly longer than Botox. She says it is “a uniquely purified anti-wrinkle injection that does not contain any unnecessary proteins.” She is a fan of the treatment and she’s also a paid influencer for the product.
Denzel Washington - Born December 28th, 1954
This two-time Oscar-winning actor is known for his iconic presence in Spike Lee’s “Malcolm X.” He’s also known for staying younger than his years as he looks amazingly similar to the way he looked in the ‘90s. Never mind the fact that he's a few years away from being part of the '70s squad. Talking to “Balance” media, he said it is his good genes.
He said he was still getting asked for ID when he was 30 (if that doesn’t scream good genes then we don’t know what does), but back then he didn’t like it. “I also try and stay physical. I’ve been boxing for years to stay active.”
Bianca Lawson - Born March 20th, 1979

He says his morning routine also includes dabbing his face with ice. “It’s about self-love. It’s sexy to take care of yourself,” he mused in a “Vogue” video. The singer is all about a solid moisturizing routine. The serum is also mandatory. He stopped using cholesterol medicine by switching to an all-vegan diet.

She admits to being guilty of going to bed with makeup occasionally. In response, she created a solution by developing a skincare product with cleansers that make her want to wash up at night. She credits nightly exfoliating for her young-looking face.
Lenny Kravitz - Born May 26th, 1964
Lenny Kravitz is too cool to age. That’s our theory. The musician is plowing through his 50s, yet he looks not a day older than when his single “Let Love Rule” came out. He let “Vanity Fair” in on his age-defying secrets in an interview. He says he washes his face with water, only switching it up with some fine white sands from the beaches of his Bahaman island residence.
“I scrub it with the sand from the ocean because it’s very fine and powdery.” He uses shea butter for body lotion and Dr. Bronner’s almond soap for everything else, even his laundry.
Sally Field - Born November 6th, 1946
Sally Field has been on TV forever. She played the spunky surfer girl “Gidget” on that ’60s television series that launched her show business career from a very young age. The flash of her smile made her irresistible and keeps her looking young today. She has passed her 70th birthday and still stays youthful.
And she does it without the aid of treatments, nips, tucks, or other cosmetic surgery. She doesn’t like aging and she doesn’t like seeing herself on television with her age showing, but she is glad she never resorted to plastic surgery as other actresses have.

Youthfulness comes from inside us, according to the country music legend. Dolly Parton, long into her 70s, is frank about her looks. The fountain of youth may flow from within, but she told Oprah Winfrey in 2020 on Apple TV+, “I’ll look as young as my plastic surgeons will allow me,” she said, “and my plastic surgeons allow.”

He also doesn’t seem to do anything to look young, but in “Looper” (2012), a massive makeup and CGI effort, including prosthetics on his face and hours in the makeup chair, was employed. This was to make the actor look old enough to portray a slightly younger Bruce Willis character.

Helen Mirren divulged a beauty secret: she tattooed her eyebrows on! It’s actually pretty common, but the point is, she really hates the term “anti-aging.” She says she is very much against it because it’s absurd. We all age, she points out. “So to talk about ‘anti-aging’ is like saying ‘anti-human,’ ‘anti-real,’ ‘anti-wisdom,’ ‘anti-experience,’ and so on.”
Mirren also told “The Cut” that she believes in beauty products and is glad L’Oréal Paris refuses to use the “demeaning” term. The product brand boldly brought her on board. She thinks swag is better than beauty, and she’s got it all right.

Madonna has never admitted to having plastic surgery, but she looks younger now than she did in the ‘80s. She spreads the word about her meticulous health and wellness regime all over social media. We also know that she has a personal esthetician who is on hand. His name is Tarin Graham and he’s been treating the diva’s skin since 2010.
Owning her own skincare line personalizes her product demands. In a feature by “W,” Graham revealed examples of her beauty routine. He uses an MDNA Skin mask which is followed by an oxygen treatment for “intense hydration,” topped with a face serum.

Actor-comedian Jamie Foxx struck stand-up gold describing the time he met some twenty-something girls at a club. He told them he was 49. He said they gaped at him, as if “49 was a terminal disease.” Perhaps they were just surprised how young he looked. He does work at it.
In a “Men’s Health” interview, he says he does not have a personal trainer, but he follows an exercise and diet regimen. He works out right when he wakes up and eats a lot. At breakfast, he downs raw egg whites and orange juice with his turkey sausage and toast.

Perhaps being married to Will Smith has something to do with Jada Pinkett Smith’s youthful looks. Although, she will tell you her secret is diet, exercise, and skincare. Pinkett Smith works out daily and takes care of her skin by not wearing makeup whenever she can.
On “Red Talk Table,” she said, “Even on makeup days, I try to go light.” Also, she said that she does a lot of steam treatments on her skin. You can’t deny her skin’s radiance, even when she wears light makeup. We’d like to think that she probably has great genes that are on her side too.

Meditation is important to Halle Berry too. She says it keeps her “strong and centered” when things are overwhelming. Unlike many celebs, Berry is open about visiting an esthetician. She puts her skin in the care of guru facialist Olga Lorencin. In an Instagram video, she said when people ask her about the secret to her complexion, she says, “her name is Olga.”

When Paul Rudd was 52 (in 2021), he was the “Sexiest Man Alive” according to “People” magazine. How does he keep his appearance youthful? We’re not sure if it’s the way he presents himself or just his looks but, he told AARP his transformation into “Ant-Man” taught him some good habits.
He has no superpower magic trick under his sleeve, but rather it’s been very simple for him to keep himself looking and feeling as youthful as ever. He ate proteins and veggies and cut out sugar and alcohol. Rudd said he loved the change. “I did not think living such a healthy lifestyle would be as fulfilling.”
Jennifer Lopez - Born July 24th, 1969
Jennifer Lopez is a celebrity who has breached her 50th with nary a wrinkle to prove it. We certainly can’t say that about everyone over 50 years old. The pop icon has shared some of her beauty tips. She starts by emphasizing hydration, SPF, fruits and veggies-based diet, and exercise. Other habits keep her youthful too.
She keeps alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine out of her body. Mantras like, “I am youthful and timeless” work for her. She says, “Age is all in your mind,” and the daily affirmations keep it there. One product she uses is glycolic acid and pro-retinol moisturizer.
Demi Moore - Born November 11th, 1962
Demi Moore divulged her pricey nighttime skincare routine to “Harper’s Bazaar.” For less than two thousand dollars, she arms her complexion with three products. Biologique Recherche’s Cream Dermopurifante is applied first, followed by La Grande Crème Moisturizer, and finally, Retrouvé Intensive Replenishing Facial Moisturizer.

The Rolling Stones rock legend Mick Jagger has been touring since the ‘60s. That means the old man and his iconic band have toured for an unbelievable six decades. And, on stage, Jagger is as youthful and spry as ever. The “Start Me Up” singer works out a lot to keep so vigorous.
He exercises three hours a day for most of the week. He does yoga and meditation. Kickboxing, biking, and running are part of his training, especially before a tour. His performance on stage is so lively, one gets exhausted just watching him, never mind trying to keep up with his dance moves.
Christina Ricci - Born February 12th, 1980
This actress loves to wear makeup. She calls herself a “makeup freak,” and she wears it all the time. Most of all she loves mascara and Tom Ford is her favorite brand, just in case you were wondering. She shared on Instagram some of the cosmetic staples she uses to take care of her skin.

With “Esquire” he shared one of the secrets of his healthy lifestyle, a hydration therapy that pumps fluids, nutrients, and vitamins directly through the veins.
He uses it to fight off colds. During the interview, the star revealed an example of what breakfast looks like for him with an order of squash pancakes with avocado, oat granola, and berries. If that doesn’t scream health nut, then what does?

She has some very basic tips like chapstick for lips and baking powder for teeth, as well as a lot of Lancôme products. (No surprise as she was the face of Lancôme for years.)

She said she’s been seeing dermatologist Rhonda Rand for years, ever since her mom took her there for her first skin issue as a kid. The dermatologist has talked about Jolie’s healthy complexion.
She said the actress only wears makeup when she’s working. The celebrity dermatologist also talked about treatments. She does a light laser resurfacing occasionally and she also did an Intense Pulsed Light (I.P.L.) Photofacial for dark spots that were caused by her pregnancy.

He was born beautiful, so it’s not his fault he looks amazingly attractive. In an interview with “Fatherly”, he says he never seems to age because he’s genetically blessed.
He said that when his pops was 82, he looks like a normal 60-year-old man. Looking through Ancestry, Lowe said he found photos of his third-generation grandfather who also looked remarkably young. We guess that it runs in the family for some!
Nicole Kidman - Born June 20th, 1967
This Hollywood staple thinks aging gracefully can be fun. It’s easy for her to say, she looks stunning. She has talked about the importance of sunscreen and hydrating creams. The actress from Australia uses a night regenerating cream with retinol and says it works for her because she has dry skin.
She also prefers a rapid wrinkle repair cream. Kidman does not mention having any treatments. But most actresses do go that route and it is not their duty to divulge it. However, “The List” magazine interviewed cosmetic surgeon Dr. Samir Pancholi who noticed that she does show the use of fillers such as botox.
Christie Brinkley - Born February 2nd, 1954
It’s no surprise that Christie Brinkley has done the cover for “Sports Illustrated” nine times, until, that is, you learn that she was 63 when she last posed for their swimsuit edition. Her secret is eating well and exercising. She became a vegetarian when she was just a teenager. She has passed her 60th birthday a long time ago and does not deny having visited a plastic surgeon.

Smith made a YouTube short series called, “The Best Shape of My Life.” It documents, tongue-in-cheek, his struggles with his workout goal of dropping 20 pounds in 20 weeks.

For Michelle Pfeiffer, aging is something we have to accept. “Aging happens to every single one of us. Once you accept that it unburdens you,” she said in an interview. It got to the point where she is fine with the idea of looking good for her age instead of wanting to look younger than her age.
And let’s be honest! She looks great for someone who is approaching 70. She also told Oprah on “Oprah Daily” about the importance of her skincare routine. Pfeiffer is happy to age gracefully, but she sure looks a lot younger than she really is.

Gwen Stefani almost looks as she did in her former rock out days. She credits her hubby Blake Shelton for keeping her looking as young and beautiful as she did with No Doubt. But even Blake says he doesn’t understand “how it’s scientifically possible” for this Gen Xer to look how she does.
Stefani has some skincare tips she follows. She washes all the makeup off her face before bed, and allegedly never skips this routine. Recently, she said, she got prescription makeup remover pads from the dermatologist that are supposed to remove makeup more efficiently than the ordinary ones that us normal folk purchase.
